(a) to render all opthalmological services to the poor and the needy.
 (b)to work in close association with the Operation Eye Sight Universal, Calgary(Canada) and to promote its objectives
 (c)to organize, help or facilitate organization of eye camps for the poor by various agencies
 
(d)to arrange, organize, pursue the research and education in the field of Opthalmology and in all other fields connected with medical surgical and other research activities for eyes.
 
(e)to pursue the advancement and diffusion of knowledge in the aforesaid field.
 
(f)to establish & run hospitals for the benefit of general public irrespective of caste, creed or nationality.
 
(g)to acquire plant, machinery & equipment for the hospital.
 
(h) to pursue investigation & contract the causes for blindness & to organize measures for the restoration of eye sight.
 
(i)to establish eye banks
 
j)to organize mobile ophthalmic units to cater the need of the people specially in rural areas.]
 
(k)to establish rehabilitation center .
 
(l)to collect subscription, donation or gift for the fulfillment of the above objects.
